New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

The Therapist are very good. They will help you get back to your normal self. They have some very good nurses and aides. The bad thing is at times they have more people needing help than what nursing staff can handle all at once. They do get to everyone as soon as possible. The food quality is good at times. They have activities for patients to participate in. I do appreciate everything that they have done for me.

I can't say enough great things about the staff there. The nurses and aides were all wonderful and the Therapy department was amazing!! My uncle Jimmy went in for rehab, he had pretty much given up on life. He had a Trach and a feed tube put in last January and it's been all down hill for him since. He was at this facility for a month and they were able to get him walking and believe it or not, able to eat food again. He was so bitter and angry at the world when he arrived there but when he was discharged he was so happy and had made friends with all of the staff and actually trusted people again. I am so thankful for everyone there for the care they gave him and the compassion, kindness and patience they showed him. He finally has hopes now of getting the Trach and feeding tube removed an

We had a visit with our long time friend who was just moved to the facility. The staff were great assisting us.

I was there yesterday visiting my son’s great aunt and it was clean and the aides and nurses were very friendly. Even the center executive director picked my 2 year old son up like he was her family. Her and the nursing home made me feel like I was family so I am glad that my sons aunt is here.
