I don’t understand why Dr Xie has bad reviews. Things that people complain about I never had any issues with this Doctor. My previous doctor would double booked appointments. Dr Xie Appointments are great u go in at your set time . If it’s your first time Dr Will walk you through it. Thank you Dr Xie

My experience getting a colonoscopy here went like clockwork. I prepare for it as told, went in in and was taken at the appointed time, was knocked out and, in what seemed like literally seconds, I came to. I have just run of the mill health insurance and everything was covered and I never even heard anything regarding it. Just giving my experience to temper these bad reviews. I'm guessing people are more likely to complain than to praise and you don't even think to leave a good review for your colonoscopy procedure.Like everybody else, I was dreading this but the worst part was the preparation at home.

Save yourself the trouble -Avoid at any cost. Not a place which does business ethically. I got my colonoscopy done here in April 2024. For the pre meeting with doctor which was tele meeting I was asked to pay $200 deposit. I was told if insurance covers the cost it will be refunded. The insurance covered the complete cost and I am till this day waiting for the $200 after numerous calls. The colonoscopy experience was also very unprofessional. I came at reported time, waited about 30 mins and was taken in and asked to put on gown. Was wheeled in the room. The doctor was in room with my back to me. She did not turn around or say anything. the anesthesiologist came and administered the drug. I woke up and was wheeled out. The doctor did not say a word. I was taken to another

This office barely pick up any phone call. Every time the call reach a voice message and when someone return you a call, it will be days later. At the same time, I emailed Dr. office few times without much response via email also. It also pre-charge you, and when your insurance paid the Dr. again and it is very hard to get refund after months. In my case, my insurance sent digit check Sep-1, and till now Nov-22, I hasn't got my double charged fund returned yet.

Go else where. Absolutely one of the worst doctors and office you can deal with. They need to do into a different industry because they obviously don't know what their oath as a doctor means. Doctor goes on a 2 month hiatus, you can't get medications refilled or anything. They want you to suffer, wait or go elsewhere.
