New Image Dental

A crown came loose on Thanksgiving. I called New Image and they made an appointment for me very quickly. I brought the crown and they cleaned and did a perfect re-fit very quickly. I really appreciate Dr Nanda and the team - they are responsive, friendly and very efficient!

Very kind and gentle care from Dr Nanda and her staff. I do not do well with X-rays and the device used in my small mouth for them. Today was good and it didn’t catch or hurt any part of my mouth. My cleaning was very good—“look ma, no cavities!”. I do follow dental instructions of daily flossing and brushing, but I also own and use a WaterPik daily, which helps greatly from needing scaling done.

I came early and was taken in early. Just in for a cleaning and I hardly had to wait before I met with the dentist. I think the best part of all of it was that I wasn't scolded for not flossing often (she didn't even ask if I flossed) and in fact told positive things about my oral health.

The whole team from the front desk to the Dental hygienist, Dental assistant and Dr.Nanda, everyone always makes me feel comfortable and not a “patient”. The care is over the top, and the education on health overall is of the upmost concerns. So it makes me pleased and satisfied with taking a leap of faith and taking my Dental care to Dr.Nanda’s office. I haven’t had a regret since. They get 5 Stars all across the board. I would highly recommend New Image Dental in West Hartford to anyone seeking a Dentist. Look no further because I have not!
