They are wonderful. Front desk warm & welcoming. Both my rescue kittens have been chipped, spayed, neutered. Dr S's commitment to taking care of my 4 pets is fantastic. My 2 dogs are also under his care. SHYANNE, Ms Patti, Nichole are always available to answer questions & estimates on the spot. A wonderful caring staff. I consider New Hope an extended family to my FUR babies!

Office staff was friendly and efficient. Did not get rushed during our appointment. Dr. Simoneaux was kind and listened to all of my concerns. He has a common sense approach to keeping my senior beagle happy and healthy.

We have been taking our pups(all three) to New Hope Pet Hospital for the past 4+ years. Dr. Simoneaux and his staff are top notch and do a great job of taking care of pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great Dr. and friendly staff, that is knowledgeable and helpful.

Their prices are comparable to other veterinarians they are very caring and very able usually to get you in quickly
