New Haven Pharmacy

I'm supporting a small business rather than a brand name chain or franchise. They are always helpful about contacting my providers for prescription refills, updates, or if there's ever a mistake. The location is close the the center of New Haven making it easy to get to if I can't get a delivery or need something sooner. The new building is very nice as well. I really haven't had any major issues or complaints that would make me go to another pharmacy. Unity isn't bad per se; but it's further out of my way and less convenient to my location.

The staff here always explain everything clearly and even helped me understand side effects I didn’t know about. Knowledgeable and caring team.

Unbelievable the lack of urgency and professionalism. Why are they quick to process a prescription and charge your insurance but are neglectful and irresponsible to make sure these important medications get delivered. Why did they process my daughters dexcom machine on 2/25/25 but never called to say to pick up or to explain they are short on drivers. They have been delivering my daughter dexcom since 12/24 so 9 whole days and they didn’t have a driver to deliver is ridiculous. If you can’t deliver the medication to the patients MAKE THEM AWARE OF THAT. No reason why you fufilled a prescription and keep it for 9 DAYS . Stop fulfilling prescriptions if ya can’t do the deliveries for them. Makes no sense seems like a scam of some sort. They should have state inspections come check them out

One of their delivery drivers cut me off and illegally merged in front of me on an off ramp exit so now this place sucks
