I am begging you if you have a love one here GET THEM OUT NOW! I have never seen a nursing home this bad. There are mice traps every where. at night time you can see the mice coming from the bathroom witch bye the way are rusted. My brother needed a bed pan we were told they didn't have any it took two people to put him on the toilet and they drop him. mind you he only weighs 100.lbs. POP on the floor. This place should be closed down. His clothes went missing. fell out a wheelchair smashed his face and head. I can go unhand on. PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES OUT OF THERE A.S.A.P.

The care of patients sub human. Medications are withheld or non existent. My daughter suffered with abscesses in her mouth for a week and they ignored her. We had to get her to an emergency dentist several times and we're not allowed to ask for veyo. They withheld her lab tests from her no matter how many times she asked. She's diabetic and the staff was triaging who was getting their dose of insulin because they ran out of syringes. They have been out of adult diapers for months and patients have to supply their own. And those that do have it stolen by staff. Staff changed once every 24 hours. The food is not fit for human consumption. The place is filty dirty. Health Department and Ombudsman turn a blind eye. The place should be on DOGE list for medicaid fraud

My story is too long to fit into this little box. If it weren’t for some of the staff, my brother‘s experience would have been completely negative. However, the director of nursing made a major error in his care, which may have caused him his life. The error was admitted to me, but when the health department came to inspect upon my request, they lied about it. All patients need to have an advocate, but even then, you are at the mercy of some people who really do not care from the top down. Just beware.

I'm happy to say the mouse problem is all but gone. The new administrator has made sweeping changes for the good. The food has also improved. The administrator is always on the ball and fixes issues immediately, and is always available to assist with anything concerning the facility. He has gone above and beyond what I thought was even possible. I'm no longer ashamed of all the problems we've had, because he's done the impossible! I'm also thankful to him personally for everything he has done. 4 stars all day!

I went to visit my dad today. Who’s there for rehab when I went to look up the place for the address I was already taken back by the poor reviews when I got there and I pulled up I said what is this the place looks rundown looked old windows are boarded with wooden boards when I walked in. It felt like jail, the smell was horrible. The atmosphere was just horrible. There’s nothing appealing about the place. It’s disgusting seeing mouse traps all over the place was disturbing. Seeing my dad very sad and depressed the conditions he was in having to share a room with three men is disgusting the room smelled because the other men I don’t know if they use the bathroom on themselves, but it was horrible. The place is old , he was complaining about the food being horrible. They’re hardly feeding
