New Franklin Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

At first my mother was very good here, and the service was good, but recently it was very bad, it was terrible, four people lived in one room, and my mother lived in front of the toilet. I came over several times to ask the nurses and nurses to change my mother's diapers , I'm ignoring me or saying I'm going to get off work. I'll wait here for 2 hours and no one will come. I'll report on such a thing, how do you know?

My mother recently passed, but spent the last 5 weeks of her life in palliative care at New Franklin. From day one, we were given all the info needed to make sure the rules and expectations of her stay were clearly communicated to us. We found the staff to be warm and courteous. Any questions we had regarding my mother was met with staff (from the Admin, nurses, personnel that keeps my mom clean), that are both knowledgeable and caring. This means so much to us who are worried about wanting my mom to have the best of care especially when she is unable to communicate herself. We have nothing but positive experiences at New Franklin. The staff are so warm and efficient in helping my mom and us. We are so grateful to New Franklin. By the way, the facility is kept very clean!

Staff is very caring. They are always helpful & they go out of their way to make the patients happy. This is a really great facility! If there is ever an issue, the staff is always able to handle it. The administrator is also very attentive & makes sure that the building is running smoothly. I highly recommend this facility!!!

My visits at the New Franklin Center for Rehabilitation are always pleasant. The staff is nice and helpful and what makes me happiest is that my sister is well cared for. I leave the place with a smile. I am grateful for the support that my sister receives here. Shout out to her aide for providing warm care!

My wife is in there right now. I have no choice because my preferred facility doesn't have a bed. She's had to make several trips back to the hospital. I asked whats her treatment plan and they looked at me like I had two heads! They will just let your loved ones lie there all day. They do next to nothing, It's a stinking warehouse.
