Office staff is very helpful both before and after visit. Nursing staff is wonderful in getting you ready and making you comfortable. They do their best at making x-rays as comfortable as possible even if you are in pain. Dr. Downs is a caring and very understanding physician. Does through exams and takes the time to explain things in a down home manner. Highly recommend!

I recently went to New England Foot & Ankle in Newburyport for a stress fracture. Dr. Downs was excellent in explaining feet in general and how he would diagnose the fracture and treatment. The nurses and all of the staff were kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I've been a patient there for about two years now. There's a group of doctors there, and I like that. New England Foot & Ankle is well-staffed and I've always been seen within a short period after my calling for an appointment. I had a procedure done in the office a couple of months ago. My problem is now resolved.

Excellent care and saved me from bunion surgery after 2 prior podiatrists did not properly treat. Highly recommend this practice!
