Coming from a person that’s been traumatized by having braces at an early age, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the doctor everyone was spectacular. The doctor was so gentle and patient with me, my anxiety immediately disappeared. I just moved to Elmwood Park and I’m so happy I found this place. Thank you all for your work! I highly recommend this office and the staff.

I visited the new england dental office for the first time and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere.

The front desk lady put the services codes in wrong and the billing insurance lady had no clue what’s going on. Ended up going 3 times, got no work done and dentist cancelled one of our appointment the day before after already calling off work for the day. Mostly won’t go back bc of the billing / insurance lady who kept trying to passive aggressively make it seem like it was no big deal with how clueless they’ve been while getting me to sign up for care credit. Dr Chae and other doctors are cool if you can get to them.

I called to reschedule my appointment because something came up at work that I couldn't miss. I called 24 hours before the appointment. I was informed that (rudely by the way) that it was a 48-hour notice, and they are going to charge me $100 to reschedule. I paid the fee, but I think the dental office should be more flexible especially if it's out of my hands. I won't go back. It sucks because I literally live right behind the dental office.

I used to go to this dentist with my family for many years. We left because I was being overcharged. I kept close communication with my insurance because the bill wasn't adding up. It was a 2k difference. We worked it out with them and the insurance by three-way calls and documentation. I got charged properly and let it be. I didn't leave a bad review. We left, and guess what? Fast forward to today, almost four years later, I received a bill from years ago that I had already paid. If you go here because it's pretty and they are nice, just make sure you speak with your insurance and keep track of what you pay, or don't if you don't mind paying extra. I really hope this place stops harassing patients with the back-and-forth nonsense and gets organized. It's really a waste of time and energy.
