I have been and continued to be very pleased with the care I've received at the Chelmsford NEDG office. I've lived and received dental care all over the country and I rate Hygienist McKayla Duby the bestestest provider I've encountered. Office staff have been pleasant and very helpful in navigating insurance challenges. Several Dentists have been involved in my care and I've been pleased with their care. I no longer dread visits to the Dentist.

Since the ownership changed this place has never been the same. Dentist and Dental Hygienist are extremely pushy and it's so obvious they are pressuring procedures and extra services for the money in their pocket and not at all for the well being of their client. Not to mention how rough they are on your teeth. I left my cleaning with multiple cuts in my gums which has never happened in my life and they took a full week to heal and showed a friend in the dental field who stated that should never have happened. Do not recommend this place at all.

I had a tooth filling done today, and honestly, it was such a great experience! My dentist was super kind, positive, and made me feel totally at ease the whole time. Everything was done quickly and pain-free, and he explained what he was doing in a really reassuring way. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to — I can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Abulfaz Isayev is the best dentist! My tooth was fractured and I had visited many doctors before, but only Dr. Isayev carefully saved it. He truly knows what he’s doing extremely skilled, meticulous, and focused on patient satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Highly recommend!

This place really cares about my smile and dental care. I always feel refreshed coming out of my appointment. It’s super close to me too which makes it a plus! The front staff are super friendly and approachable!
