Horrible wait times for 911, and even longer wait times for the cops. No one who calls 911 should ever have to wait almost 5 mins before talking to a dispatcher. Please fix this, especially considering it’s a city like Atlanta.
These people shouldn't be allowed to be phone operators of ANY KIND. Always getting information mixed up. Bend over backwards for some people and IGNORE those they don't like. They should all be fired and put to being janitors somewhere.
Unacceptable, my mom called 911 for an ambulance for her husband at 7pm, ambulance didn’t show up until 8:54pm - that’s after she had to call 911 three times to find out where they were!
