New City Pharmacy

My doctor sent my prescription over literally on Thursday. I called them. They said they would have it by the afternoon and if he’s not able to make it, they will bring it to me Friday morning. I call Saturday guess what they’re not open so if you were gonna bring people‘s medicine, we have anxiety issues, multiple problems that need their medicine to get out the house That need their medicine to function. How are you a store Able To help people So what is the drivers doing? Nothing driving around lollygagging make it make sense are people not doing their jobs if they have a problem with them doing their jobs they should fire the people that are not doing their jobs so that way people can get their medicine the day it is sent over or faxed over to them, and if it says delivered to the hous

I switched from Walgreens and CVS to this pharmacy as I wanted to try a locally owned pharmacy and I’m so glad that I did. The communication and the extra effort they put in to help you is so appreciated. They’re quick and efficient when filling prescriptions and everyone is so friendly/welcoming. Highly recommend the switch from these chain pharmacies.

There’s nothing Like a small pharmacy where you get to know everyone and they get to know you. They’ve gone out of their way several times to make sure they got me the medication that I needed if they didn’t have. Not only did they get it quickly from another location, they delivered it to my home!

This place is a great pharmacy. Staff is always friendly, never a wait when meds are told is ready for pickup. Staff even went out of their way to point out cost saving manufacturers discount. They didn't have to do this but did anyway.

I changed all my prescriptions over 2 years ago, when I asked my doctor what was best a big pharmacy or a local pharmacy. Doc suggested the latter and I went straight to New City Pharmacy. Since day 1 Calli has been an amazing person providing assistance in my prescriptions, and guiding me in registering into programs to get discounts for my recurring medications. Always loving, kind and resourceful. Sad to say she is not there anymore. Hoping she inspired the rest of the team with her work ethic. UPDATE: Still a loyal customer. Chrissy and all the team have been excellent resources to keep me updated in my prescriptions refills and even assist me in doing drive thru to pick up my medications. Definitely worth the extra drive :-) <3
