Dr. Sotello and her assistant, Pauline, are very professional in their dealings with patients. Pauline is very gentle when she takes your vitals and tries to accommodate requests for appointments with the patient in mind. Dr. Sotello asks insightful questions and truly listens to your answers. She cares about you and wants to find solutions. Through Elation Passport, a patient portal, you can communicate with the doctor and she responds in a reasonable amount of time. Working with Dr. Sotello has been an extremely pleasant experience.

Dr. Sotello is great! She takes all the time you need and never makes you feel rushed. She answers questions patiently and gives answers that make sense. I switched to Dr. Sotello from another doctor whom I really liked and I have to say I'm equally impressed with Dr. Sotello!
