This company is run by a different management. It does not return a phone call when you need to talk to them. It takes them a week or 2 to get a phone call back. It was highly recommended before, but with new management and staff, I would have to change to a different company that can accommodate my parent's needs. NOT a highly recommended company to take care of people who need attention especially when it comes to medical care.
