Dr Ayes is an awesome man. He perform surgery on my son C1 neck fracture. He made us feel at ease, during what I call our most difficult time. He has a calm, soothing, monotone voice, and GREAT bedside manners. His staff is awesome too! He explained everything to us in GREAT details, and went over all test results. We hated to say goodbye after we were cleared. He really made our tragedy a breeze to say the least. We thank you for a job well done!

DR Brunner is amazing. I had a spinal fusion surgery and everything went exactly as expected. He is an extremely talented, detailed, and experienced surgeon. He has a great manner answered all my questions and put me at ease. I am able to heal fully and walk. I highly recommend Dr Brunner. The office staff was very helpful and awesome as well.

Where do I begin? Dr. Ayer and his staff have been wonderful throughout my procedure. I had seen so many other physicians and had other procedures done and nothing worked for me. I want to thank Dr. Ayer for giving me my life back after dealing with excruciating and debilitating back and leg pain for over 6mths. I am able to walk without pain and I am getting back to my normal routine. He actually performed my surgery on New Year's Eve and I was not only shocked but grateful that he took time to come and see me before and after to be sure that I was ok. His staff is always pleasant when I arrive in the office and his P.A.'s are amazing as well. My family and I are forever grateful to Dr. Seecharan, Ben Lee, the nursing staff and the entire Gwinnett Medical Center NSA staff. Everyone was very caring and provided a lot of attention to my grandfather during his surgery and his recovery. Surgery went very well and the scar is healing very nicely. Follow up appointments have been very quick and thorough. Thank you.

My surgery was performed by Dr. Stechison C5, C6, C7 disc removal and fuse. It went as expected and my recovery has gone well. The reason I am giving a two star review is I am having great difficulty returning to work; because the office staff is not filling out and returning to my employer a return to work form. You would think this would at most only take a day or two, but in my case it has been two weeks and no effort has been put in to it by the office staff at the Brain and Spine Institute. Calling does no good myself and my employer have called multiple times and spoken to both Monique and Diana with no results.
