Where to start, they're in the office once a month had an appointment and then they called and canceled that the day before so you wait. I've been requesting my medical records for weeks and nothing. You wait to get a phone call back nobody ever answers the phone you have to leave a message. And Pardo not a doctor doesn't play well with others and talks down about other practitioners that you've seen period find somebody else don't waste your time here

Had an appointment last week and literally no one was there. Lights off. I called and spoke to a robot to report the fact that no one was there and to make another appointment and no one has bothered to call me back. Unacceptable
