Neuroscience Institute of Amarillo

Had a great experience at this clinic. Was a little concerned as I didn’t realize until I got there that I would be on a zoom call with the doctor, but the receptionist and nurse were great and once the zoom meeting began, I my concerns vanished. The doctor put me at ease and really listened to me. My treatment is working and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

I loved the doctor who i met with, and the techs who did the tests, however, their service with patients is absolutely terrible. It takes weeks to answer things, then they make you physically go get lab results or make an appointment just to see what your tests said. They have no app with this information and no one to talk to over the phone with just your results. This is an office affiliated I think with some big company out of Houston so you can never talk to someone local or with the office you went to, just terrible. Unfortunately there arent many options for this so most people will get stuck with this terribly ran office.
