I had a wonderful experience when coming in to the office with Dr. Juan Ros-Escalante and Mrs. Katherine Matos, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. They explained everything very well. The doctor was extremely nice and described my problem and treatment in a way I understood. I was very impressed with the service. I want to make a special mention about Mrs. Katherine Matos: She is very caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Overall I am very happy with the Neurology and Neurodiagnostic.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My first visit was extremely overwhelming. Dr. Escalante talks at you and very fast, leaving little breath space for questions. After receiving referrals for further testing, I have gone on a goose chase trying to get in contact with him for insurance clearance requirements and referral corrections. As of today I have left countless messages with no call backs and have stopped by his office during business hours four separate times to find it closed. I have a follow up appointment this month and have no test results to review with him because of this. His office makes navigating an already difficult system.

This is a busy small practice, but the team is really kind and Dr. Ros-Escalante is very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of people may complain about difficulty contacting the office, however I found that this was not my experience. It is busy, so if you have questions or need a refill, I would say call earlier than when you need it. There is limited seating, so please be mindful if you are a companion.

My review for my Dr Juan Ros-Escalante & all the staff is excellent! I’m always happy with the care I receive in person & over the phone when I call. If there is a follow up , the Dr & all the employees are professional, friendly & really care about me & thoroughly explain everything. I’m blessed to have this Dr & all the employees for my health provider! I recommend Neurology & Neurodiagnostics

Dr. Escalante is a very thorough and detailed doctor, he really care about the patients and walk the extra mile to be sure that he gets the correct diagnostic and treatment. His staff is also very attentive and provides a very good experience. I highly recommend him without any reservation.
