Neurology Consultants of Arizona

This was my first visit to this office. I met mostly with the PA which they told me in advance I would be doing. She was fabulous! She was very informative and answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. They did not hurry to get through the appointment, they wanted to be sure I had all my questions answered before I left. I’m thrilled to have found this office and look forward to my next visit with them. What a great team!

Very thorough. Prompt on getting necessary appointments scheduled. Never feel rushed. Front desk and the Dr’s assistants friendly. PAs are fabulous. Dr Shayya has been great throughout this journey of getting an “aging” diagnoses.

As a new patient I wasn’t treated very well by Daisy on a few calls, unfortunately. However; when I got there, I was immediately greeted by Carlos at the front desk, who was energetic, friendly & professional. The wait time was minimal. I was impressed with technician Melissa as well! It’s always nice when someone has that drive and passion and isn’t burned out in the medical field! Dr. Shayya was nice for the short time he was in the room.

I was able to get in for an appointment fast, the DR was very generous with this time and felt like he was very interested in my wellbeing. I really appreciate Dr's like this as they are not all like this. The office staff were very attentive as well. Likely going to see Dr Ashish Sharma for surgery as well.

I was impressed with my experience. Friendly front desk, they were on time and the NP I saw was top notch. She took her time to explain and made complex information digestible. I felt reassured when Dr. Shayya came in to reinforce what the NP had explained. He was patient and answered my questions. I felt in good hands at this practice.
