Neurology Care

I have been trying to get in with Neuro for over year, and today was finally my appointment. They called 20 minutes before my appointment and informed me as of January 1st I needed a new referral. No one bothered to let me know until it was too late. I suffer all day everyday and this appointment was a saving grace for my mental health, now I have to find another doctor that has competent staff so I don't have to continue suffering, which will most likely be months away. If your health matters to you, don't go there, because your health doesn't matter to them!

Dr. Khalid is the best! Very warm. He listens to you. His staff is also nice. I had a terrible experience with Kane Berry Hall Neurology in Mansfield where I was actual deceived by my doc and sent through a number of unnecessary tests (and emotions). So I was very skeptical when I came to Dr. Khalid. He put all my worries to rest. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment at the Mansfield Office. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. The girl at the front desk couldn't find me. She finally found me and we got checked in. We sat there for over 30 minutes past my appointment time as the room cleared twice of people that came after us. Now, I have no clue as to what my diagnosis is or what to do. Never got to see the Dr. We left out of frustration and have not heard a thing.

The nurse practitioners don't take vitals like they're supposed to and the neurologist doesn't care. He will prescribe something without informing you causing you to wonder why you are taking 2-3 medications. He visits and ends the appointment in 5 minutes as if he doesn't care. The advice provided seems like he didn't take everything discussed into consideration. His choices are also based on what he thinks rather than what the patient feels and is going through.

They are SO SUPPORTIVE and HELPFUL!!! (even when I ask probably too many questions) Dr.Arshad is very thorough and patient. He is taking my symptoms seriously. He listens, too, which is invaluable to me. Ms. Cruz is amazing while administering tests AND is supremely patient with my questions and my requests to revise the information in my patient records. (ex: meds I no longer take, adding surgeries I did not remember when I first completed the forms) I would recommend this top-notch team to anyone who needed this type of specialist.
