Dr. Rana lacks compassion, professionalism, and respect for her patients. I have seen her now three times in the past month. Dr. Rana is very condescending and rude. In addition, she refuses to provide the care that is needed for her patients. I requested my records at the end of my last visit and she refused to provide the records at that time even make a note of the request. When I asked when I could expect to receive the records and how they would be provided, she only said that I would be contacted when they were available. This was my first time seeing Dr Naila Naureen Rana and it will be the last. When I arrived at my appointment her office was completely empty and she was maning the front desk by herself. It looked like no one else was working there but her. When I went into the patient room, the paper covering the examination bench was torn and it looked like someone had already sat there prior to me coming in and it was not properly changed or decontaminated. I never have done a google review before but I just needed to warn others of how terrible Dr. Rana is. I had an appointment scheduled with her around this time last month. A day before the appointment, I received a voicemail from her office saying "she's not available tomorrow, are you able to reschedule for a later date?" and I ignored it. However, when I spoke to the receptionist, she told me that she didn't know what insurance they work with, and I asked her if I could please ask and she told me: no, I can't ask, if you want, ask YOURSELF, at YOUR INSURANCE. I was scared 😱 by reading all the comments here. That moment I was sitting in the office and was waiting for a doctor. The office girl was calling our insurance and asked for all the details. Doctor was 15 mins late. Yes, she is not young and she is not American by birth. But she is a doctor.
