Neurology at Montgomery County Outpatient Center

I had a bad experience with them couple years ago and I went back but asked for a different doctor. Ever since then we found my children's angels. I love the doctor and his assistant. They are wonderful and I am so grateful for them. I would recommend them to my loved ones in a heartbeat. Service upfront could improve but in general they are pretty good. 5 stars is mainly for the doctor and her staff.

Parents and children need to learn how they do there business here. Makes the process easier to understand. They're not connected with other locations. And while the parents & children may benefit from a different location, up to the Doctor to determine based on urgency. Departments are not connected. Very difficult via phone. They prefer parents communicate via email in their patient Portal. Wish they'd add a staff member to help with this scheduling process when it seems like the location of the child & parents is irrelevant to the medical office priority. Unsure if the Doctor ever knows the patient would prefer being seen in a different location because of the practice being soo chopped up from each other. Arrive 30+ minutes early and otherwise the Doctors tend to meet the appointment t

It was really hard for me to schedule my son's appointments with the specialist he needed. The doctor's schedule was always full. They should hire more specialists so children don't have to wait months for care. I would go to another office but my insurance is only accepted here. Also when trying to reschedule or schedule appointments on the phone I had to wait on the phone for at least 15 minutes for a representative and then they would often transfer me to another department for scheduling.

Have been getting ultrasounds here for the last 5 years on all my kids. The best tech ever is Roza! She’s so sweet and kind with the kids. You can tell she loves kids. She’s extremely knowledgable and very quick! Perfect visits, not to mention she speaks 4 languages! Have also been at the ENT specialist, Dr. Bauman! She is phenomenal! She is the best in the field and is patient and kind. Lisa at the front dest for ENT is also amazing, very very helpful. Great experience overall, very knowledgable team.

This is a great resource for child healthcare / outpatient surgery. It provides a warm, child friendly medical environment with some of the best doctors my family has worked with over the past three years.
