My doctor has been a great help but, regarding this particular practice location, it used to be okay. Recently, it's as if this place just shut down. My prescription was running low, my pharmacy reached out for the refill and was met with no response multiple times, I called directly multiple times within business hours and never got a response. I left voicemail without a response. I've now run out of medication and will attempt to reach out to my PCP and my pharmacy for hopefully an emergency dosage due to the ineptitude of this facility. I should suggest an edit to Google that this place is closed until they can gather the resources to indicate signs of life there. I’ve been a patient here for nearly ten years. Over the last five years the quality has gone down. I’d have to wait over two hours past my appointment time to see my doctor. The past two years I’ve had hurdles getting my medication filled. They cancelled my appointment the day before without refilling my prescription. I’ve now run out of my medication and my doctor has not signed a new prescription. The only holdup has been needing a doctors signature. The front desk has been helpful, but the doctors are negligent with patient care.

I have been seeing Dr Mackay for a couple months now. My appts with her are usually very smooth with minimal wait time. However, for the impact test I was scheduled for 4pm. Which when I arrived they said they did not have a room for me to do my test & it would be a wait. Which was fine I figured I could wait 20-30 minutes no problem. Instead 2 hours had passed and still no room was available, (after everyone had come and gone for appointments). I drive an hour to get here, I wish they would have just called me to reschedule if they saw that they could not see me that day which one of the nurses had said “I told them that this morning we didn’t have room for her”. MY SON had the appointment with Denise Wahrheit which would have been his first time seeing her since she keeps rescheduling his appointments. My husband arrived at 7:57am and was not called up to the front until 8:05 which at that point Denise was in the front at the fax machine and told the front staff "she will not see my son as she came in on her own time to see him and her schedule is booked from 8 on" ***Not to mention we originally had an appointment scheduled with her later in the day that she canceled. she only offered a 7:45 appointment after I complained. Couldn't recommend this practice less. Scheduling is horrible, and I was sent to the wrong location. Of course, I got there 30 minutes early, but the receptionist kept me waiting or 40 minutes, only to tell me that I had to go to the other office. In the end, the other office wouldn't see me, and tried to reschedule me for 2 months later. I guess me and my brain injury can go kick rocks.
