Neurology and Epilepsy Specialists

There really needs to be a zero star option. I am shocked by how disrespectful and unprofessional the staff at this office are. My sister had an appointment today at 2:30 PM but experienced two seizures and is currently in the emergency room. The ED physician contacted her neurologist, Dr. Jiang, to coordinate care, but hours passed without a call back. I called the office simply to follow up and see if the doctor planned to return the hospital’s call so the ED team would know how to proceed. Instead of getting a clear answer, I was given excuses about the doctor being busy and was transferred to a manager who never answered. When I called back, the next staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She made comments about the doctor not having lunch yet, said they “can’t read minds

If I could give this clinic office a negative 0, I would !! They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered!! From the staff to the “clinic manager” the way they carry themselves there’s obviously a deeper problem with them… How can someone that works with patients with neural and epilepsy conditions feel okay with themselves and get way with how they talk and how poorly they treat the patients and patients parents. It’s disgusting! Do NOT take your children to this clinic! A little of my I counter… My son is 6years old and they had no disregard for him and the sacrifice he had to make to get test done at that office just for them to cancel my appointment without any notice, and they proceeded to act like we were the inconvenience to them. Terrible experience. This office has poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I called repeatedly since December regarding my child’s life-sustaining medication and did not receive a response for weeks. When I was finally contacted, the staff member who handles medications was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my child’s urgent medical needs. I was told she ”attached to her voicemail” explaining she would be out of the office, which is not true. If that had been communicated, I would have gone to management immediately to ensure my son received his medication. This office showed no compassion or urgency. I do NOT recommend bringing your children here.

This office is fantastic! Every person that works here from the receptionist to the doctor are very kind and respectful. I can always get through on the phone to have my questions answered and there has never been a long wait. I highly recommend this practice!

We love Dr. Jiang. Extremely nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My 15 year old has had to see neurologists since birth and we were blessed to find Dr. Jiang here in Las Vegas. The whole staff here was extremely helpful as well.
