Dr. Pineless and his staff are wonderful, I was always greeted with a smile. Dr. Pineless took the time to explained procedures and made sure that I understood results. A pleasant experience going to his office.

Due to facial paralysis I was referred to this institute. My first and only appointment was a complete disappointment. The staff was friendly but unfortunately the doctor was a NO SHOW. After my vitals were taken and evaluated by a PA, I was told that there really wasn't anything that can be done, this after sitting in a room for over an hour. The doctor never came to see me or evaluate my condition. I was told to schedule a follow-up with them and if the condition still existed they would referred me to another specialist. I will not be returning to this poor excuse for a doctor. I have also inform my insurance to stop and/or modify payment as my visit was to see a neurologist not the help. I have also file a formal complaint with the appropriate institute against this doctor. Avoid the d

I had an excellent experience on my first visit to this Neurology practice. The office building parking lot is easy to get in and out of and there's ample parking. The office itself was clean & updated with plenty of seating. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone from the receptionist that greeted me to the person checking me out was pleasant & helpful. The P.A. Christine T. was wonderful and made me feel immediately comfortable. She took her time going over my medical history & gave me a through physical exam. Even though my initial apot was with Christine, Dr. Pineless came in to introduce himself & conference about my treatment going forward. Robyn Moss

Dr Pineless has done a lot for my wife, treating Alzheimer’s and migraines. There are very few doctors I think this highly of. Here’s hoping he stays in the business for a long time!

Dr. Pineless is one of the most compassionate, thorough and brilliant doctors I have ever had taking care of me. He listened to me thoughtfully, and treated my condition quickly which had baffled countless other doctors. Hopelessness changed to new life. He truly has a gift. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
