Nephrology Associates of Central Florida

I had an excellent experience at this nephrology office. The level of care truly exceeded my expectations. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire staff is courteous and efficient, and the medical assistants in particular are absolutely amazing so kind, compassionate, and attentive. The office is clean, well-run, and welcoming. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much more comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking exceptional kidney care.

After I had surgery, I was referred to go to this Nephrology team as they moved to their new office. The facility was nice and the doctor that I met for my consultation was good; very informative, easy to talk to, and I had no issues with him. However, the experience I’ve had afterwards wasn’t as well as the first meeting. Had to cancel my next appointment, but it was late. Unfortunately, I planned a new day for an appointment but incurred a fee for cancelling and I accepted that. However, days later I received a call to change my appointment which I had to now figure out a good time without jeopardizing my schedule for the month while still paying for the late fee. The options given to me were either misleading, or as a doctor’s request; the latter meaning I have to come to my appointmen

Update- regarding the entire office…their reply regarding my heath issues are completely ridiculous. Photo attached This is strictly regarding their facility. I’m sitting here getting an insane migraine and having trouble breathing bc apparently this place doesn’t realize how toxic and bad artificial scents are for people especially those with medical issues. The fact that they don’t know this well known medical fact is alarming and makes me wonder what other things they don’t realize about health. No one in the practice seems to care. Those that actually have migraines or respiratory issues can completely understand how bad these things are.

This facility is great to go to for my appointments. great staff & easy to speak with, facility is new and enjoyable.
