Nemours Pediatrician Center

BOY DO THEY NEVER answer the phone!!! I can never reach them to schedule an appointment when my daughter is sick!!! No matter what option I press on the phone! And I always call within business hours and not around lunch time. WHAT THE HECK are you guys doing in there?? I’ve even tried pressing different options on the phone just to try and reach SOMEONE. No matter how many times I call I never reach anyone and my daughter is really sick, she needs to be seen ASAP. Very disappointing because I thought this place was amazing the first time we went.

Today was our first visit and I couldn't have prayed for a better experience. Elisha, Jenee, and Dr. Pajaro were extremely thorough. I didn't feel rushed and they were genuinely concerned for my son's Healthcare needs. They set a perfect example and high standards for a doctor/patient relationship.

They are all fantastic. The staff is great, the Doctor is great. It is clean and they don't make you wait an hour when you already have an appointment. I am so happy they are in Palm Bay now!! I recommend them to everyone!!

If you want to be heard and listened to about your child this is the place. I cried because I finally found a place that validated my concerns about my daughter and she is finally getting the help she needs. The staff is truly amazing and so sweet. The Dr's listen and actually care. I am so grateful I found this place. Thank you Nemours!

Doctor is thorough and on point. Shows compassion and concern for muy childs needs. Office staff's knowledgeable and polite. No wait times and the doctor spend ample time with my child to ensure nothing missed.
