We had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the ER and on the med surge floor. My son was cared for expediently throughout and everyone was kind, friendly and compassionate. Very clean facilities and room. Special shoutout to nurse Sheila and RT Marco for being so extra kind and supportive. From a grateful mama ❤️

After months of weighing our options, meeting with multiple surgeons, and traveling hours outside of our home area, we ultimately chose Dr. Ilgenfritz and Dr. Stall at Nemours Children's Hospital to perform a periacetabular osteotomy on our daughter. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, their care was nothing short of incredible. My daughter was referred to an audiologist due to speech delay and recurrent ear infections, and our experience was not the best. My two year old does not like anyone touching anything related to her head, ears, nose, or mouth. When nurses or doctors need to examine her, it is usually very difficult because she barely allows it. Most of the time, they are still able to complete the exam, even if it requires extra effort, although I understand that it is not always the ideal approach. The audiologist, Lynn O’Boyle, was very kind and attentive; however, I do not feel that the test was conducted in a way that produced accurate results. As usual, my daughter did not allow her ears to be examined properly, and the test was not completed efficiently. O’Boyle noted in the report that “the child

During a very difficult moment for our family, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication of the medical team. The nurses and caregivers deserve special recognition. They maintained constant contact with our son and treated him with exceptional kindness, patience, and compassion. The level of care and attention truly exceeded our expectations.
