Nemours Children's Health, Winter Haven - Primary Care

This review is specifically for Dr. Robin Warner. I cannot speak for the other doctors at the practice. I do want to acknowledge that Liz and the front desk staff were great. I was informed ahead of time that the office was short-staffed and that Dr. Warner was the only provider in the office that day. I arrived 15 minutes early (3:30 PM) as requested for my 3:45 PM appointment, but we were not seen until 4:10 PM. At that point, we were told we would need to wait even longer for additional paperwork to be faxed from another provider. While I understand staffing challenges, extended wait times are extremely difficult when caring for a two-month-old infant. My child and I were not prepared for such a delay. It would be helpful if offices coordinated paperwork prior to scheduled appointment

Dr Whitworth is not only kind, compassionate, and friendly, she is brilliant as well. We have had our 3 children here for over a decade and we will never, ever leave this practice as long as she is their pediatrician! Scheduling sick visits, well visits and communication has been a breeze. We are so grateful for her expertise and calming presence! 100% hands down recommend Dr. Whitworth!

Our appointment was at 830, we went back before our time. Every one was polite and professional. Our daughter has seen Dr Whitworth since her 1st check up after her birth,and now she is 13. She has a quiet demeanor and is approachable. No one likes it when their child is sick but this office makes the experience not so scary for the child and the parents. Highly recommend.

We love our Winter Haven Nemours office. Staff is always friendly and willing to work in emergencies. We love Doctor Warner.
