My son receives amazing care each time we’re here. The facility is new, bright, and well taken care of. The doctors are always kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to let us ask questions and get us answers. So happy we chose Nemours as our pediatrician! *Also, a major perk is the huge food court with delicious food and the gorgeous Nemours Estate Gardens - complimentary to patients!

Upon checking in, the front desk people are not welcoming. while the nurse did the assessment, she said she'll give my son a medication after finding the temperature result of 39.5C but as soon as she asked me to lay him(my son) on the bed she just directly gave the medication without telling me how its done. As a nurse you are responsible to explain the route of the medication, under the 10 rights of administering the medication, the patient or the gurdian or parents has the right to know and you should explain how you are going to give the medication since you already told us what kind of medication you will give. I was surprised that you just gave a suppository on my son without even telling us, and when i told you that you could have told m

It was a good experience in the beginning but recently its been horrible. I can not get an appointment for my son. Recently He got sick with RSV and we had an extended stay in the hospital. Was released on his 2nd birthday. i was unable to make a follow up appointment and unable to make his 2 year old appointment. They are not responding to the app, every time i call Im on hold and waiting for hours. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
