I want to start by saying that I’ve been a couple of times to this place and always have a good experience, however, this past time that I went was to another level. Jessica made our experience above & beyond. She greeted us in the front , then proceeded to take us to one of the rooms and just then our daughter had a smile on her face. And it was just the simplest but thoughtful thing Jessica did. She wrote on the paper of the bed “ Welcome, the best joy in the world” she treated our daughter with such gentleness. And Dr. Oluyemisi, also made our experience one we will never forget. The way she sat down and spoke to our daughter just explaining to us everything, no rush, made us have more peace. I don’t even know where to begin to show my gratitude for the care that my 19 month old received here. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, caring, and ensuring that my daughter and me and my husband were comfortable as we were told there would be a long wait. I am so thankful we decided to wait to be seen my this amazing team! We brought my daughter in following an ER visit the night before where we were dismissed about her symptoms and clinical presentation. She had severe swelling in her wrist and was unable to move her arm. When we arrived, nurse Krystle immediately ensured that she was comfortable by offering her medication and even looked up my daughter’s genetic disorder to ensure she was able to take the medication they had on hand. Took my son to be seen and it was such a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. Dr. Sonoiki, was diligent and very knowledgeable. Rhina and Tricia were kind and caring. Everyone did a fantastic job making sure my son felt comfortable the whole time we were there.

Very excellent the service. It was my first time with my baby and they take care of my baby very well since the first minute that we were there. The Doctor Sonoiki very excellent and very professional. Thanks to her a don’t have any questions about my baby’s health. Also thanks to the nurse Krystle and Rhina that they help me with my baby too.

I went to the urgent care yesterday with my granddaughter, and everyone there was amazing! The girls in the front and the back were so kind and patient with both of us. The provider was super sweet and took the time to explain everything so clearly. I truly appreciate the care we received. Laura, Sylvette, Dariana, and Jen were all wonderful! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone.
