Nemours Children's Health, Osceola - Urgent Care

As always Nemours stands above the rest when it comes to emergency, and standard medical needs. Our first visit this evening to this facility and while urgent care visits can be stressful and nerve wrecking I would happily return here with my child in the event of emergency! We arrived at around 5pm we were checked in immediately and called back all within less than 5 min. Gil was our nurse and he had great bedside manner, he was very gentle and explained all the steps to my son to ease his sensory aversions (he is on the spectrum) making it a seamless process as he documented my son’s vitals. Another 5 min or so and Doctor Ballelos arrived in our room, along with a nurse who gave my son some zofran for his vomiting which was the reason for our visit. Doctor Ballelos also had wonderful bed

We arrived with no appointment. The staff at the front desk Johnny was great. The service was excellent. Dr Velez and Dr Setteducato made sure she got tested. The nurse Elba and Ma Melissa made sure my daughter was comfortable and gave her medication. My daughter was feeling better when we left the clinic. You can tell the staff care about the health of your children's. Thank you all for a excellent service.

I recently took my son to Nemours Children’s Health Urgent Care, and I am so grateful for the experience we had. My son is on the spectrum, and medical visits can sometimes be overwhelming for him. The front desk gentleman was incredibly understanding and helped us with accommodations to make my son. The entire staff was kind, patient, and very professional. A special thank you to Johnny for truly going above and beyond to help us. His compassion and willingness to assist made such a difference for our family. We sincerely appreciate the care and respect we were shown. Thank you!

Having a sick child never fun, Nemours Urgent Care made it so much more easier for us. It was so convenient and the staff was so friendly especially Johnny and Dr. Velez! From start to finish just a wonderful experience. They even blessed us with a little reindeer for the Holidays it made the experience extra special! Thank you so much!

Quick and helpful!!!! My daughter got diagnosed with swimmers ear by Dr.Setteducato! Nurse Elba was very informative. The MA Melissa was very sweet. And Stacey Ann helped register all of my daughter vitals and discharge information. Was in and out in under an hour! 10/10
