I have been coming to this office for 7 years now and their service has always been top notch. All the receptionists, medical assistants and physicians are all professional, kind and empathetic. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. The facility is always clean and they’re also communicative when it comes to any scheduling needs. I love this office.

Literally the WORST DOCTORS OFFICE. If you have questions or concerns for child you will be called argumentative. There management had no reason why that was said after I asked what did I say that was argumentative and she stated a question that I asked. That not argumentative that’s a question smart Ma’am. I will be finding better care than this horrible place they questioned not even seeing my child because we declined vaccinations. WOW.

This office is absolutely horrendous. I have a child on a maintenance medication that even the doctors have cautioned he cannot just stop taking, he would need to be weaned if he ever came off of it due to adverse side effects. He was due a refill which was requested in a timely manner. The office failed to fill the prescription, failed to respond to calls and messages. Hes now out of his medication and experiencing adverse effects. This is entirely unacceptable patient care and we are now looking to switch pediatricians. While we liked the pediatrician he sees - the level of care is just not up to par if you need anything beyond just an annual checkup. Please consider looking elsewhere if you have a child that requires any kind of ongoing maintenence medications of any kind.

My daughter sees Dr Semenetz and he is awesome! We always enjoy our visits with him. Very caring and very concerned about your child. Well bedside manners and really sits and listen to what you have to say about the care for your child. My daughter is almost an adult not sure what I’m do when we can’t see him no more.
