This is our 3rd visit and I definitely won’t be going back! I had an issue with being charged 2 co-pays… one for X-rays and one for an office visit… NO ONE told me that I would be charged for X-rays! when I brought this up at the front desk I was told I should know my benefits and they are not responsible for telling me if I have to pay for X-rays or not! Ummm yes, a healthcare provider IS actually very responsible for letting people know if there’s a copay or not! I signed up for insurance benefits in October and it is now august of the following year… now I’m not going to go over all my benefits otw to an urgent care after my kid broke her arm just to make sure I’m being charged properly or what I’m responsible for! Dr. Stinson is a very patient doctor and is awesome with our son. He has operated on our son three different occasions for two different issues. The surgeries have always been successful and Dr Stinson and the hospital are great at communicating and keeping us informed before, during and after the surgeries.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience with Dr. Daniels as her concussion specialist. He listens to the concerns of both the family and the child. Dr. Daniels takes his time and looks at the child as a whole. We love seeing him and I highly recommend him.

Went here and the doctor required x-rays for my kid. Even though the x-ray machine is at the same location as the doctor, and the doctor here ordered them, they billed the insurance with two separate bills, forcing me to pay two separate visits through my insurance. When we called to see if they would fix it, they said that is how they do it and would not fix. Definitely would not come back since it costs us 2 separate visits. Edit/Update: After some discussion with insurance, it seems this is more of an insurance billing issue, as our insurance would charge us for separate visits no matter how the location submitted it (x-rays are a separate "visit").
