The bedside manner here was amazing! They took very good care of my daughter. The nurse who removed her old cast and put her new one on was very patient with her, explained every step to her carefully, and was just awesome. The doctor heard my concerns, and took my concerns into account when it came to treatment.

This was our primary doctor, I am saying was because they just lost us as patients. My 2 kids were treated here many times for many years. We had went in for a visit recently and the front desk staff was the rudest to me. Front desk lady was disrespectful and just had a very rude attitude. This is a children’s doctor! If there front desk staff is horrible (mind you, there the face of the office and the first impression) imagine how they’re in the back! Doctor is losing patients because of his front desk staff. Please do better. Never coming back.

The woman working the front desk with dark hair was unfriendly and came across as rude. She had a poor demeanor and attitude when we approached her to inquire about an appointment. I don’t feel she has the appropriate interpersonal skills for this type of job. We have had multiple interactions with her and have not seen improvement within our additional visits. I don’t typically write negative reviews; however, I do feel this situation needs to be addressed. We had spoken to other families and they also had similar experiences and feedback. It’s disappointing when you can visually see that someone does not like their job and projects their unhappiness onto innocent families at a delicate time of need for their kids.

Our daughter is extremely ill and woke up with a rash spreading throughout her body. She has a high fever with a lot of itching. We drove her to our primary care location as a walk-in. But the Front Desk staff was extremely rude. JUSTINA was the girls’s name in the front. As soon as I walked in, she wouldn’t let me speak and shouted out loud “We are not taking any walk-ins.” I tried to explain that this could be an emergency and my daughter is ill, but she kept cutting me off saying “we are not gonna see you. We are not gonna see you. They’re absolutely no walk-in’s.” I was just trying to explain to her that my daughter is sick and didn’t know where we should take her or what to do but she wouldn’t let me speak. She just kept cutting me off, saying no walk-ins and asking me to leave. She

The front desk experience has been consistently disappointing. During our most recent visit, the lady at the desk was rude, rolled her eyes, and barely paid attention to us. This hasn’t been a one-time issue—each visit has felt unwelcoming. The management in that office is so weak and can’t control his employees. For a children’s healthcare facility, I expected a more friendly, compassionate, and supportive environment for families and kids.
