Every appointment we’ve experienced the kindest staff from scheduling, front desk, to every member of the medical teams. They never rush and make sure to take the time to answer any questions, present all available options and treatments. We see multiple specialists with Nemours and we are so blessed to be working with them while we navigate my daughters medical journey.

The staff was less than unpleasant. A situation escalated that didn’t need to be due to a staff member by the name of Roxanne. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Didn’t catch the supervisors name who was standing beside her, but she had made claim that she heard the whole conversation, when she wasn’t there from the moment Roxanne made contact with me. Will NOT be going back to this location which is a shame because it is our closest one. Steer clear

Absolutely love the staff at this location. We've been to Jacksonville and Orlando locations as well which are good but the St. Marys location by far has been the best. We really like the Dr here. He helped my daughter's anxiety about her condition a lot. Took his time to explain everything and what yo expect. We are relocating soon and will miss this office very much

Terrible service. Waited an hour plus in the waiting room after having an appointment and the second I take my kid to the bathroom they skip me and have me wait longer. Absolutely terrible. When I asked the front desk they said “oh they’re stuck in the clinic” stupid excuse. Why do we even make appointments and come early if they’re not even close to being on time?

Dr. Velez was absolutely amazing! Here she is checking the doggy ears of my very introverted 3-year-old daughter's stuffed animal, haha! Wow, Dr. Velez is the Michael Jordan of pediatric audiologists because my leary daughter warmed right up to the super fun hearing soundbooth. That then paved the way for my daughter being approachable for a physical ear exam, which was just as smooth and flawless as the first half of our appointment. I was so pleased with the pediatric aspect of our entire experience because she truly and organically brought out genuine smiles from my little girl. Pediatric care usually loses sight of the likeability aspect for children. That was not an issue with Dr. Velez. I could not be more grateful!
