We have had an amazing experience with this pediatrician’s office, especially Dr. Postigo. As the parent of a toddler who has undergone a heart transplant, finding a provider who is both incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate means everything to us. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She truly takes the time to know her patients, understands their full medical history, and treats our son with so much care and respect. We never feel rushed, and we always feel heard and supported. The office itself is also fantastic. They offer same day sick visit appointments every day, which has been such a relief as a parent. Just make sure to call first thing in the morning since spots do fill up quickly. We are so grateful to have found this practice and

I honestly had the best experience at this urgent care today thanks to Johnny at the front desk. He was so friendly, kind and uplifting. Not just to me and my daughter but literally everyone that came in. It was almost like he was everywhere at once. So helpful. He brought us tissues, wipes, Gatorade. And yet I could still hear him talking with other patients, being so helpful and friendly to everyone. I just have to rave about him because nowadays its very rare to go anywhere and encounter someone as helpful, friendly and welcoming as Johnny. He really made our experience at Nemours urgent care something I won't forget, will definitely recommend and will definitely come back for. Thank you so much Johnny. I’ve been coming to this location ever since I moved to Florida. The staff is every warm welcoming and always treat my children with TLC. My baby been going to them since she was born. Every signal staff always welcomes her and always remembers! This has been 8 years going on strong! I will highly recommend them!

It was my first time visiting with my son and the process was smooth. I was called in minutes after checking in and the doctor came and did a very detailed check of my son. She was very prompt and made recommendations on the spot for other issues she deem needed additional attention. My experience there was nothing short of professional and well organized.
