Nemours Children's Health, Jessup Street - Primary Care

My kids have been patients for the last 13 years. I love the care they provide for my children, most testing is done on site or they call Nemours ahead for you. The best part is the wait is never to long and extra information is always provided. Dr. Byck and his team is amazing.

Everytime we visited the clinic the staff and doctors are very caring and concerned about my granddaughters need and they always explain what they are going to do with her and they let me know if I'm satisfied with the service they provide.

We love Nemours ! The ladies here are so kind , the drs and nurses are patient and caring we are in and out quickly for our appointments ! Would 10/10 recommend

I’ve been bringing my children to this clinic since birth, and after Dr. Henderson left, I chose Dr. Laurie Cooke because of her experience and cultural background.I truly believed she’d be a great fit for our family. Unfortunately, that decision has had lasting consequences. My daughter was aggressively questioned and belittled by Dr. Cooke over the phone simply for choosing a different remedy for her son’s slightly low iron levels. Instead of working with us collaboratively, the situation escalated to an unnecessary and traumatizing CPS report,something no parent should have to endure over a non critical medical concern. Dr. Perry is truly an extraordinary doctor. She has a remarkable ability to calm her patients and takes the time to thoughtfully explain the reasons behind various behaviors. Her guidance has not only deepened my understanding of my son's unique way of being, but it has also illuminated aspects of myself that I hadn't fully grasped before. I am incredibly grateful for her support and compassion. And lets not forget Cody. Nemours support doggie. We never leave without saying hi to him.
