I came here as a back up since my PRIMARY was not available, and this location was actually much closer to my house. First, I was disappointed by the front desk, no customer service, and one of them Rudely tells me to go to the other window as I should have known. When we saw the RN she had zero bedside manners for kids that are sick or patience and didn’t bother explaining or discussing anything with me. Just dismissed my questions and responds to me as I am bothering her. Later I was going to the restroom with one of my kids, and one of the staff stops me from going to pick up a dropped paper towel as I am trying to head to the bathroom and tells me how people are so rude and she was so upset that there was a paper towel that my other kid had dropped. I completely understand. My child sh

Im giving the stars for Dr Morris ONLY. My children have been attending here for 5 years. It was wonderful the first few years this past year its been ridiculous. No one answers the phone, you barely ever get a call back. Front desk has ZERO phone ettiquette at all. Last Saturday 1/3/26 I called in for sick appt for my kids. I explained how their fever was very high and id like to have them seen if possible. I was scheduled for a 10:45am arrival 11am appt. I got there exactly at 10:45 doors are locked lights are off, no biggie maybe lunch. I waited until 11am, still locked door nothing, i got out of my car knocked a few minutes, said okay ill give it until 11:30. I went and did the same, still nothing. This is not the first time this has happened either. This office needs a evalauation or

This clinic is abysmal and its staff are nasty. The resident doctor has extremely poor bedside manner and an ego problem, and the reception staff have no issue getting an attitude with you if you express even reasonable frustration. We brought our newborn daughter here for her primary care, and when she started experiencing clear symptoms of silent reflux at about 3 weeks, our concerns were largely dismissed. The medical staff here don't like it when you ask questions or attempt to discuss your own research with them, if anything they belittle you for doing anything other than what they say. There was only one person at this clinic who was actually very caring and helpful in our situation, an APRN who unfortunately doesn't regularly work at this office. When we made it a point to schedul

I’ve been taking my kids to Nemours primary care for about 8 years now. We started out at lake Nona and now live closer to and see the Doctors at Alafaya. I’ve got to say this is probably more about the state of our current healthcare system in general as opposed to the doctor specifically. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel unheard, unseen, rushed and brushed off when you are concerned about your child’s health and well being. To be told time and time again that “it’s just a virus, let it run its course and come back in X amount of days if it’s not getting better,” makes me want to scream. I am a nurse myself, I take care of medically complex children for a living. I don’t rush to the doctor’s office every time my kids get sick. I also can’t afford to take extra time off of work because

Yesterday, my husband called multiple times to schedule an appointment for my oldest daughter, but no one answered the phone. Because of this, I went to your office in person today to request an appointment. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked if I could schedule an annual check-up, she responded that my daughter’s check-up is in November. I explained that my daughter needs to see a doctor sooner because her school requires a physical for volleyball participation. I also requested to reschedule appointments for my other two daughters to reduce the number of separate visits. Instead of checking the system or trying to assist me, she abruptly asked, “Who is playing volleyball?” without making any effort to help. This is not the first t
