I’ve had a few negative interactions with the staff in the ER here as far as them being rude and ignorant and just simply saying this could have waited to a nurse putting a needle in my sons leg and it getting stuck in his bone! Very few employees are kind and understanding but for most of them very ignorant very rude and just act as if they don’t truly care about patients and the well being of them!

Was in the hospital on Jan 30 2025 for surgery and the staff was outstanding during my surgery. The nurses went above and beyond and very helpful they explained everything which kept my anxiety at ease Dr Jones explained what was going to happen during my surgery and how long it would take. The anesthesiologist was very helpful and explained why I needed the general anesthesia for the surgery and I'd be carefully monitored while I was under the anesthesia. The staff in the OR was outstanding and they took great care of me during my surgery. I've not had anything major other than having a c section in 2017 and my experience here at the hospital was outstanding and if any future surgeries are needed I'll go here. We were recreating in this area when my son had an accident. I brought him here for stitches and staples. I was unsure what caliber of hospital this would be as we are not from the area, but they met all expectations and took good care of my son, his injuries and my nerves. Thank you for your medical help and winning bedside manner on a rough day for my boy.

My little boy broke his femur from a freak accident. Dr. Teeples and his team went above any beyond to help my son. They got him stabilized enough to be transported via life flight and let me be with my little boy every step of the way. This hospital, their nurses and doctors are great!

The treatment can be awful. I’ve had some bad experiences. I had a severe reaction to medication. Once my doctor went off call she phoned the incoming doctor and explained the situation. That doctor never came into my room and let the nurse call the shots. They released me and said it’s going to be a rough night good luck. This hospital, except for a few nurses and one or two helpful doctors they have zero empathy. It’s worth the longer drive to another hospital. The administrator has no experience in that job and it shows.
