I have been a patient at this family clinic, but after today’s experience, I have decided to change this clinic for all my family members. Today, I came for a walk-in appointment when there were no scheduled patients. I was asked to come inside, and my blood pressure was checked. After that, I was told to go back to the lobby and wait. I waited for over one hour before being called again and taken into the doctor’s room. After waiting about five minutes inside the room, a staff member came in and asked me to go back to the lobby once again and continue waiting. This entire experience was unprofessional, humiliating, and disrespectful. The way the reception staff handled the situation was unpleasant and not what I would expect from a family clinic. Most amazing doctor. She cares and spends lots of time with you. I do not understand why people that have issues themself they put it on this amazing doctor. She is here to care for us and she does. I have never had any issues since I have no issues with my Insurance and pay. I do advise all to see this doctor, you will be mostly amazed by her knowledge and presence.

I make an appointment for my wife so it’s And I she told me two months you wait and if you walking so we the doctor see so when I go over there, the ladies it’s white color. She’s so rude. She’s not good customer service and they didn’t talk with mouth. They talk with her hand and so rude and he didn’t know how they talk with patients. It’s not good customer service and she need more training or talk with patient how and that’s a clinic that’s not like clap and I requested so for a doctor, can you training for that white ladies? and I came from Mira Mesa my wife is so headache and he didn’t see the doctor I am so upset

Dr. Nejat Jalisi is an amazing doctor and finding a great GP is frairly difficult. She's very experienced, thorough and she listens to her patients. She has such a gentle, caring manner as well. *A few days after my exam she called me to see how I was feeling. That told me I was in good hands. The support staff is wonderful too. The front desk staff are always welcoming and do a great job as do the PA and nurses.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS. *Unsafe practice* beware: They gave me my lab slip for general blood work today at my appointment, when I got home I realized not only were there several added tests that my provider did not discuss with me, they were highly inappropriate tests such as “HIV and vaginal swab”.. I’M A MAN!! Are you kidding me, what a joke. I've uploaded the lab slip you can see at the top I'm a MALE and the bottom they asked the collection to be via CERVICAL SWAB. The medical assistants are incompetent at their job requiring minimal skill. They could not get my blood pressure using a machine. They are rude and unprofessional. Difficult to understand, don’t know medical jargon- she once asked me if I still take my “lancets”. Several times, 1 week prior to my lab
