From the moment I walked in, I was treated with top-level service and genuine professionalism. Dr. Stearns is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately makes you feel confident and at ease. During my cleaning, I met Jamyce, who is truly on another level. Her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work are outstanding, her meticulous and precise approach really shows how much she cares. The doctor’s assistant was also incredibly caring, helpful, and very pleasant, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Great staff all around. My dental hygienist is always very mindful of her patients comfort during routine cleanings. Dr. Stern is excellent & was able to remove my 16 year old “permanent” retainer from my teenage years of braces with ease. Front desk staff are always super nice, welcoming & accommodating when they can. Highly recommend !

The office staff is amazing. The office staff really makes you feel welcome and make sure you understand everything. Now I don't like all that drilling and needles,but I promise you with Dr. Neil you don't feel anything he made me feel so comfortable and he cares about his patients. He also takes his time and do things right.
