Neighbors Regional Hospital: Amarillo Regional Hospital

They were completely honest and open about what my insurance would cover vs. out of pocket pay. This was very helpful to me. While there with my 2 year old they were friendly and even gave her a drink, snacks, coloring book and teddy bear. We even took home an extra teddy bear for sister. We’ve been there twice and they have been so friendly and helpful. I felt safe and like they really cared about my daughter’s well being. If needed, we will return here.

We had wonderful treatment at Neighbors Regional Hospital!! Our first time at this facility and I highly recommend them for anyone if the need arises. We were welcomed in by Miranda and she had us checked in and taken back to the exam room immediately, Miranda was very welcoming and helpful getting us taken care of. Miranda was very sweet and kind. Arian our RN came in right away to get us taken care of. Arian was very professional getting us taken care of so quickly. Arian’s examination and care were absolutely outstanding! We were treated with such kindness and respect it was a great experience during a very trying time. Dr Raymond Walsh was also top notch, communicated our diagnosis and treatment with highly professional while being very personal and respectful very easy to talk to. We

Great personal experience. No wait time at all. Staff was amazing, kind and accommodating. The people who work here really care about their patients and make sure everyone is comfortable. Will return here for any issues in the future and highly recommend this place for treatment for anyone else. Dr. Khan, nurses Becca and Brad, Vicki and Anisha are amazing people to receive treatment from and I thank all of you for taking care of my woman the way y'all did!

Probably one of the best and easiest ER experiences I've ever had. My son got hurt and they were quick, kind, great with him, and the price was definitely reasonable. I had no idea they existed before today, and I will 100% be going there back next time I need any sort of ER visit. From the second we walked in, to the moment we left, everyone was so nice and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend Neighbors over the other ERs close by.
