Neighbors Emergency Center: Pearland Emergency Room

Very welcoming from the moment I walked in, and I was seen right away with no long wait. From the receptionist Angie, to my nurse Rhonda, the radiologist Dana, and Doctor Ucbamichael everyone was absolutely amazing and truly treated me with care, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility itself was easy to get to, extremely clean, and well organized, which made the experience even better. I felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for. I’m so happy I chose this location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you so much!

I recently visited this facility with my family to familiarize ourselves with it for any potential emergency needs. Since I pass by it almost every week while running errands, I thought it would be helpful to know exactly where to go in case of a medical emergency. During the tour, I was truly impressed by how spacious and well-equipped the facility is. It has a wide range of equipment to handle various emergency situations and is well connected with nearby medical centers if additional care is required. We genuinely appreciated the opportunity to tour the center—thank you to the director for taking the time to guide us. A special thanks as well to everyone who organized the Valentine’s Day event. We really enjoyed our visit!

I had a very positive experience during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the admissions representative, Angie, was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Rapp provided excellent care. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns while clearly explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly felt that my health and comfort were his priority. Nurse Rhonda was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about what was happening, which made the entire experience much easier. The radiology technician, Sany, was also wonderful. They were patient, professional, and made sure the imaging process went smoothly while making me feel at ease.

Edith the Nurse was so patient with my 5year old son she was great and so sweet took very good care of my son. Radiology Dana Tech Came in immediately in took great care of son. I can tell she love her Job,with great energy and was very helpful. Dr.Rapp came in Quickly and got the results in less than 10 min. We wasn’t there no longer 30min.Fast Service With Great Care for my Son. Thank You So Much
