Neighborhood Primary Care

This place is a joke. Back in April 2022 I went to have blood work done. Tell me it’s fine. Then in June 2022 I end up in the hospital and then mentioned I have kidney issues. I was angry and reached out to this place asking why the results of the test didn’t show anything. Someone called me back saying oh yea this and that which shows low levels of this or that which shows I have kidney issues. I left a review back in 2022 after I got out the hospital. Noticed that the reviews are gone now so I’m starting it again.

I called as a new patient, scheduled an appointment with them, and they called to reschedule it the day of the appointment. They said I wouldn’t be able to be seen until the following month. Such a waste of my time. All I received was a superficial apology.

The communication between this office and patients are the worst. I have been constantly trying to contact this office just to get some answers regarding my care and they refuse to answer the phone but text you to see if they can help and then don’t even respond to the question at hand. It’s unfortunate to be the only advocate for your health when your dr’s office could care less
