Neighborhood Primary Care

I love neighborhood primary care. They are a great team that truly cares about the patients and each other. This is them on Halloween with me. Love how fun they are and Dr. Gorz always follows up with you on everything.

I don’t have a positive overall impression of the care here, although I will say the office does schedule appointments quickly. I’ve had several visits with Dr. Kilmer, and unfortunately the experience has not felt welcoming. Many of my appointments feel rushed, as if there is a quota to meet rather than a patient to understand. I often find myself having to direct the conversation or explicitly state what I need instead of feeling guided through my care. Given that I have frequent hospital visits, it’s also concerning that it does not seem like my records or recent medical history are reviewed beforehand. Disorganized, Unprofessional, and Frustrating Experience I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Neighborhood Primary Care was really disappointing. I went in for what should have been a simple annual physical. During the visit, I was told to do an extra, non-standard procedure that I didn’t request or fully understand. A few weeks later, I came back to review the results — only to be left waiting for over an hour while the staff tried to locate my records. They never did, and I had to leave without being seen. They later called me to “review” the results, but the information wasn’t helpful. What was helpful, apparently, was sending me a $500 bill for that unnecessary procedure — which I had to pay out of pocket. I called several times over the next two weeks try

I have had the best experience with Neighborhood Primary Care. They always get me in the last minute. Office staff have been amazing. Very caring and follow through. UPDATE on JULY 2, 2025. This office has been so amazing. I've been dealing with an issue for a while. They follow up, they send orders when they say that scripts have always been called in. Dr. Gorz is so kind and understanding. You get a really good vibe from him and the environment. The office staff have the best attitudes. If they ever have a bad you, you can't tell. It's hard to find care like I have received here. They even called just to check on me a week after one of my appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just had an after hours visit with the doctor and his staff. The attentiveness to my needs and care were second to none. 10/10 from beginning to end. Everyone should come to this practice.
