I had a wonderful experience here with Katrina Ball and the nurses, and a miserable experience here with the gyno Dr. Okoroji. I thought potentially we just weren’t a right patient-doctor match, that happens. But he was very ill prepared to discuss anything I had mentioned previously. He didn’t look over my labs to see what hormones I needed, he didn’t know about my prior surgeries, and he didn’t offer me any meaningful advice (anti inflammatory diet, exercise, etc.) other than “try having a child, they aren’t that expensive” or “divine healing”. It is 2025. I am a woman that needs help because I am in some level of pain every day, religious or no that is extremely inappropriate advice on both fronts. I was willing to deal with this if the care was good, but I was also prescribed estradiol

I had a hysterectomy performed by Dr. Okoroji using the robotic machine. Overall my recovery went well. My experience with Dr. O and his nurse Sharon have been great. Sharon keeps things running very efficiently and smooth. Her and Dr O make a great team. Thank you both for getting me through the surgery, back to my family and recovery!

Ms Katrina Ball and her team was amazing, I should post this review a year ago when she brings my baby to this world, now a year later she is turning 1 y old and she is the happiest child ever, and I believe part of that happiness is because I feel so comfortable and so loving in this place. Ms Katrina, thank you for supporting me when I was alone in this country 🙏, I would never forget everything you did for me. Hugs for all

This place was so amazing to me. I had a total hysterectomy using robotics and when I tell you the recovery and process was amazing. The nurse practioner that found my issue was so amazing and she is a rock star in the medical field. Dr.O was so amazing and has bedside manners are impeccable to say the least. To all women in Southside area, early detection is the best. Let's all get healthy together ladies. The staff from front to back were so amazing and for that I thank God.

NOT ONE PERSON WAS HERE TO CHECK ME IN!! Worst doctor’s office EVER!!! They started coming in after 8:15am!! Do better! I hate this location! I will not be returning to NMC!
