Neibaur Family Orthodontics

Love Dr. Neibaur and his staff. They are always so friendly when you walk in. We never wait long for appointments. The orthodontic care is reasonably priced, I looked around at 3 or 4 orthodontists first. When you have an issue they fit you right in and are really great at answering the phone and calling you back. If they don’t know the answer to your question, like insurance answers they will figure it out and respond in such a quick manner that I was so impressed. You cannot go wrong with Neibaur Family Orthodontics!! They also have a few great locations!!

We love all the staff at Neibaur Family Orthodontics! They're so friendly and helpful. My son was very hesitant to get braces but they all put him at ease. He's greeted by name when we get to appointments and visits are quick and efficient. They're fantastic!

So, yes, we only live a few blocks away.... It took me a while to post this, but I wanted to share our family's great experience with the Neibaur Family Orthodontics. He was recommended by our dentist by the old school in Draper. I've been working in the education system locally, so I recognize the family as one of the local 'staples'! The location is excellent, although if you go hungry, the smell of pizza in the hood could be distracting! I really enjoyed the tasteful and calming interior design full of Lady Neibaur's fingerprints. It seems like we did not have a lot of 1:1 with the doc, since we had no complicated issues. Payment plan was great, and in pre-covid era I enjoyed the open floorplan chairs, where you could se and hear as the other patients were making their all impor

My family's experience at Neibaur has been a good one. You have an employee who does better than just a "good Job'. Ellie has made our visits something to look forward to. The genuine kindness she shows my kids, her professionalism and attention to detail, as a nitpicker I have no complaints with her service to my family.
