From the moment l arrived the staff was friendly, professional, and make me feel completely at ease. The hygienist was gentle, and took the time to explain to explain every thing clearly which l truly appreciated. The office was clean, and organized. Thank you to the entire team. I highly recommend Neibauer to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I had a nightmare experience at the Spotsylvania Neibauer location. I was sold an expensive bridge that, based on the outcome, I now believe was unnecessary. That bridge failed twice in a short period. Due to the repeated failure to perform the procedure correctly, I have now lost a permanent tooth. My experience suggests that since this office was taken over by Heartland Dental, the focus has shifted from patient care to aggressive sales and production numbers. I am now facing thousands of dollars in corrective surgery to fix the damage. I am requesting my full records and am moving forward with a formal complaint to the Virginia Board of Dentistry. I strongly advise others to seek a second opinion elsewhere.

I think everything was great. The doctor was the best dentist I every had. The little dentist assist was very sweet. The only thing I did not like was paying 1300 dollars to remove one tooth. I would return for an emergency only. Ed Bowles

I got a root canal and crown in August just 6 months ago at Harrison Crossing location and had to go to an endodontist to get it redone because it got infected. It wasn’t done right. It didn’t go down to the root causing bacteria to get in and get infected. A whole canal also hadn’t been done. My whole life is getting affected by this because I had back surgery scheduled for February 24 and couldn’t get it because you can’t get hardware put in your back if you have infection anywhere in your body so I have to have 2 treatments and I have to be totally healed before I can get surgery I am in a wheelchair that’s how bad my back is so this is devastating and I have called the office 3 times with no call back because I feel they need to take responsibility because the root canal and crown cost
