Walked in as a new patient. I rescheduled my appointment to come in earlier but was about ten minutes late. I walked in and was not greeted, the lady at the front named Bettye told me she was in the middle of something and to just stand there. I asked “are you sure?” She said yeah just stand there. After standing for several minutes, she finally got back to me and said she was going to have to reschedule me. I called back and told her about my bad experience and how I did not feel welcome and she said ok and hung up. I would not go here to get my dog’s teeth cleaned.

Dr. Robert Neely & his staff healed my 7 year old daughter's fear of the dentist. Between their gentleness, kindness & the new technologies they use at this office, we had a wonderful visit that I couldn't be more grateful for. She had had some tough visits before we started seeing Dr. Neely but they really created an entirely different perspective for her & anyone that has a fear of dentists knows what a huge thing that is. They made room for her in an emergency for our first visit, were very thorough, I could give you an encyclopedia of reasons but I'll suffice it to say if you are in need of a dentist, this is definitely the place to go!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Neely and the staff. They are so nice to work with, very pleasant even in the midst of the pandemic craziness, and above all very skilled providers. I actually fell asleep in the chair while getting a filling! That is some seriously skilled dentistry. If you need a dentist in Jackson, look no further.

Dr. Neeley is excellent! He is thorough, takes pride in his work and is very patient friendly. His assistant is one of his best assets.

Saw Lauren with tooth extraction took me on emergency basis did a fantastic job! Highly recommend her and this dental clinic.
